Nordic Filtration acquires Scandi-Tech

Nordic Filtration will acquire the assets of Scandi-Tech on 1 January 2026. The decision is based on many years of cooperation between Ejgild Jensen and Per Johnsen. Trade, dialogue and continuous sparring have created a strong bond which now results in a natural transfer. Ejgild has chosen to focus on new tasks, and we wish him the very best.

Since 2002 Scandi-Tech has supplied solutions for compressed air filtration. The range has included filter housings, cartridge filters, adsorption dryers, refrigerated dryers and a wide selection of absorbents and desiccants such as Silica Gel, Molecular Sieve and Activated Alumina.

Nordic Filtration will build on the knowledge that Ejgild and Scandi-Tech have developed over more than two decades. This strengthens our product area and gives us a deeper understanding of customer needs. We see this as a chance to raise the quality of our guidance and strengthen our market position.
