Webshop and Customer focus
From our experiences at Ultrafilter to the current result with Nordic Filtration's webshop, we have undergone major changes. We have worked intensively on how our new webshop should be designed, what features should be available to our customers, and not least how easy it should be to find the necessary products and product information. The webshop is under constant development, and we are happy to listen to our customers about desired features and possibilities. With a login to our webshop, you can save your previous purchases, easily reorder previous orders, mark items as favourites, and see all relevant information about you as a customer.
The Staff and Contact
When you see the staff at Nordic Filtration, you will recognise several faces that have gained great experience at Ultrafilter over the years, as well as a number of new employees. With this combined experience in sales, consulting, marketing, IT, and accounting, we can perform many of the daily tasks ourselves without the need for outsourcing. This also means that there is not far from thought to action – a great strength at Nordic Filtration. So even though Nordic Filtration as a brand is new – the team behind it is certainly not new.
