1. Validity of offers

All offers, promotions, and price agreements are only valid for the period stated in the material or in sent offer emails/order confirmations.

Written offers from Filter-Online & Nordic Filtration ApS generally have a validity period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2. Special B2B terms

Offers to business customers are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

Nordicfiltration.com trades exclusively with companies, institutions, and organizations registered with a business ID number.

No right of withdrawal is provided for business purchases unless this has been agreed upon in writing.

3. Stock, backorders, and delivery

Offers are valid only while stock lasts or as long as our suppliers can deliver.

Nordic Filtration can offer partial deliveries or backorders by agreement.

Delivery time may vary depending on campaigns, volume, and the manufacturer’s capacity.

4. Discount codes and volume discounts

Discount codes for business customers may be personal or company-specific and must not be shared with third parties.

Volume discounts may vary depending on quantity, product category, and customer profile.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Pricing errors and reservations

Reservations are made for printing errors, price changes, currency fluctuations, technical errors, and discontinued products.

In the event of obvious pricing errors, Nordic Filtration ApS reserves the right to cancel offers or orders, even after order confirmation, but always in dialogue with the customer.

6. Agreements and framework agreements

Business customers may enter into framework agreements, individual price agreements, or fixed delivery agreements.

Framework agreements may contain a separate offer policy, which will then take precedence over this general policy.

7. Complaints and support

Complaints follow the commercial rules of the applicable purchase law or according to individual agreements.
