The MEC bag filter housing from 3M is available in different sizes and can handle several different applications. A bag filter housing is most often used for pre-filtration, to remove the worst impurities before the liquid is later processed by the finer filters.
The filter housings are designed for a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a maximum working temperature of 90°C.
